We’ve asked Mariia some interesting questions to get to know her better:

Why did you decide to join GFORM and what skills do you bring to your new role?  
 When looking for a new challenge, it was important to me that i would be part of a company that wants to redefine “everyday” things. The GFORM-Way inspired me – sustainable, innovative and future-oriented.  
 
I bring knowledge and skills from my previous work experience that are especially important for optimising and redesigning processes. Whether it is the implementation of a new software or the restructuring and reorganisation of the daily processes: I am ready for any new challenge. Teamwork, but at the same time independence; planning, but at the same time readiness for change at short notice: That describes me in my job.  
 
Do you have a favourite quote or life wisdom that inspires you? If so, which one and why?

Everyone has hidden talents. Bringing them to light at the right time is an art, in my opinion: whether it’s finding a solution to a problem at work or making your friends laugh.  
 
What type of sleeper are you? Lark (early riser, active early) or night owl (late riser, active later in the day)?  
I am a night owl in the lark world. Most of the time I am a mix of both: Late to bed + early riser or early to bed + a late riser.
