Greenman OPEN, einer der größten lebensmittelgeankerten Einzelhandelsimmobilien-Investmentfonds Deutschlands, hat drei Edeka-Supermärkte mit einer Gesamtfläche von circa 18.500 Quadratmetern akquiriert, welche GFORM nach Fertigstellung und Übergabe managen wird. Die Einzelhandelsimmobilien befinden sich in Weyhe in Niedersachsen, Taucha in Sachsen und Freyburg in Sachsen-Anhalt.
